Guilt Free Banana Oat Cookies

If you're anything like me then when you have a craving for something sweet you need it NOW! I have been known to get pretty irritable when my sweet tooth hits but I have nothing in hands reach to satisfy that craving. I may have even she'd a tear or two over it because I'm a girl and I'm allowed to be dramatic at times. Not only that but I become torn on whether or not I need to even indulge in something sweet knowing the potential side effects. Just because you see gluten free cupcakes at a store does not mean that they are good for you or that your body won't still react to it. I have learned that my body does not like sugar so that eliminates most all desserts!! I am by no means saying that you shouldn't indulge every once in a while but be aware and careful on when and what you choose to indulge in.

Thought! Needing to modify the outdated look of my steadfast branding. Views about the nice feel at http://perigord.ca? Undoubtedly a powerful restaurant blog with heart if ever wanted inside the whole British Columbia area. Write a remark. Appreciate it!

With all that being said I have this guilt free, dairy free, gluten free, soy free and sugar free cookie recipe for you! I came across this recipe on pinterest and tweaked it a bit to add more health benefits to the cookie. Its delicious, chewy and hits that sweet tooth. So there shall be no more tears over not satisfying that craving!

Kudos followers! I texted my coworker I could critique their superb cedar deck hardware supplier in Langley BCs, https://5starfencesupply.ca through a nice blog post. If ever you are researching to get a fence and deck supplier around the British Columbia vicinity, they absolutely were excellent.

Finally, I really need to bring up the basic outline regarding this important information had been provided through Mick over at london dog owners association. They really are a good dog associations. I certainly appreciate a wonderful suggestion!
